What I process, and why

• Business contact data of vacation rental managers: name, company, role, business email, website. Source: your company's own website and public listings. Purpose: to send you one short, personal message about a film built from one of your listings, and to follow up at most once. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) in offering a relevant business service to the person who publicly markets that property. I contact only published business addresses, never private ones, and I stop the moment you say so.
• Client data: contact details, orders, invoices. Purpose: performing the contract and meeting accounting obligations. Legal basis: contract and legal obligation. Retention: as required by Hungarian accounting law (8 years for invoices).
• This website sets no tracking cookies and runs no analytics script. Sample pages record three anonymous counts (page opened, film played, film finished) so I know whether a sample was seen; no personal data is stored with them. Cloudflare, the host, processes technical request data (IP address, user agent) to serve and protect the site.

Opting out

Reply "no" to any message, or email gabriel@automating.space, and I stop contacting you and delete your contact record within 5 working days. Your address stays on an internal suppression list only so that I do not write to you again. If you are in the United States: every commercial message I send is identified as such, names the sender with a postal address, and carries this opt-out, which I honor within 10 business days as the CAN-SPAM Act requires; I never sell or share your address.

Your rights

You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability, and you can object at any time to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to the address above. You can also complain to your supervisory authority; in Hungary that is the NAIH (naih.hu).

Processors

Cloudflare (hosting, USA/EU), Resend (email delivery), Google (email), Apify (collection of public business listings), Stripe and Wise (payments, when used). Data may leave the EEA under standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions.

Sample films

Concept samples on this site are built from a manager's own public listing photos and are labeled as samples. If you manage a home used in a sample and want it removed, email me and it comes down within one business day.
